Promotional Events for 2013

March 20th & 21st, 2013: Auctions and Aces
Auctions and Aces is the first promotional sale of the year and welcomes customers to the Midwest for a two day sale offering over 1,000 units. Wednesday afternoon's sale offers customers a great selection of units from the Midwest's best consignors. That evening, customers attend the KCI “Kasino” and the games begin. Customers bet the night away and return Thursday morning for our main event sale. Dealers have access to over 800 cars and trucks and buyers have the opportunity to win part of $10,000 in post sale drawings.


April 17th & 18th, 2013: Nascar Days
We celebrate one of the most popular sports -- NASCAR Racing. This Two Day Promotional Sale revs up with a Wednesday afternoon sale featuring over 200 units. Our NASCAR Main event sale begins on Thursday morning where customers cruise through six lanes of auction action. Customers conducting business during the two day event will be entered for a chance to win a VIP trip to a NASCAR race.


May 15th & 16th, 2012: Fish Fry
We salute the lazy days of summer as this two day event begins with a Wednesday afternoon sale featuring units from the area's rental fleet and new car stores. Thursday's sale welcomes over 600 customers to our action packed lanes while they enjoy fried fish, shrimp, coleslaw and hushpuppies after they work the sale.


June 12th & 13th, 2013: Great Golf Giveaway



July 10th & 11th, 2013: Corn Roast Sale
This two day event kicks off with a Wednesday afternoon sale featuring 200 units from miscellaneous fleet and dealer consignment. Thursday's sale welcomes customers to our
action packed lanes offering 1,000 units. Customers enjoy hot, buttered corn-on-the-cob as they work the sale.


August 28th & 29th, 2013: Guitars and Cars
Join us for the Midwest's Biggest Auction Event.....EVER!
This two day event starts off with a Wednesday afternoon sale with an exclusive 500 unit fleet/lease offering. Complimentary appetizers and beverages will be served to customers working the lanes.

The event continues that evening as we welcome customers to our facility for our Guitars and Cars Party & Concert.

Thursday morning we welcome customers to our action packed lanes for our Guitars and Cars Main Event Sale offering more than 2,000 vehicles. Any customer participating in the sale, will be entered into our post sale drawing for over $10,000 in prizes.


September 25th & 26th, 2013: Blues, Brew & BBQ
This annual event celebrates what Kansas City is best known for – Blazin BBQ! This two day event heats up with a Wednesday afternoon sale featuring consignment from the area’s most prestige rental car companies and dealer consignors. Later that evening, customers enjoy fine ales, Kansas City style BBQ dinner and a live comic performance after the sale. The celebration continues when customers return Thursday morning for our Blues, Brew, & BBQ Main Event sale featuring over 1,000 cars and trucks. We serve the area’s best BBQ during the sale and customers are entered for a chance to win thousands in post sale drawings.


October 17th, 2013: Autoberfest



November 7th 2013: 35th Anniversary Celebration
We celebrate and thank our customers with our 35th Anniversary Gala and Celebration. Thursday morning brings customers to our action packed lanes for more than 1,500 vehicles. Buyers and sellers are awarded limited edition KCI Kansas City Anniversary jackets after the sale.


December 12th, 2013: Holiday Sale
Celebrating the Holiday Season, KCI Kansas City presents the KCI Cares Charities with their checks before kicking the sale off. Customers enjoy hot chocolate and fresh baked cookies in the auction lanes as they buy and sell. Anyone participating in the sale will have a chance to win part of our $5,000 post sale giveaway.
