Please review the following policies. Understanding them will help you while doing business with AAA Kansas City.

AAA Kansas City General Policies

Buyer Protection Plan (BPP)

Visitor Authorization

AAA Kansas City is a dealer-only auction so all visitors must be approved in advance. No retail customers are allowed on sale day. Dealers who wish to bring a visitor to the auction will be required to do the following:

  1. Visitors MUST be signed in at AAA Kansas City’s front counter before entering the auction premises.
  2. Visitors are required to remain inside AAA Kansas City’s facility while the auction is underway.

Drivers will be allowed on AAA Kansas City’s premises without prior approval provided that the sale has concluded and the driver has a valid gate pass for the vehicle being removed.

If AAA Kansas City learns your visitor was a retail customer, your auction privileges may be revoked.
